Guild Business – Incorporation

Guild Business – Incorporation

At the general meeting on January 16, 2019, we will take a formal vote about whether we may proceed with incorporating the Guild, and to accept the Articles of Incorporation. Our lawyer will attend the meeting, will present the reasons for incorporation, and will be available to answer questions (for 30 minutes). The vote will follow immediately after. Questions prior to the meeting may be sent to info@torontoknittersguild.ca.
