Learn how to make simple knitted items—garments, mittens, toys, gnomes, and more—very special and totally unique. In this playful session Fiona Ellis will demonstrate techniques to add whimsical elements, tone-on-tone texture, or highlights to patterning in a sophisticated way. This will be a hybrid meeting (both online and in-person).
Knitting is fun. But if we knit improperly or to extremes—you know, that holiday deadline!—we can injure ourselves. Put down the needles while this occupational therapist shows us how to knit safely.
