Knit Nights

TKG hosts virtual Knit Nights, usually once a month. Meetings are free for members and do not require pre-registration. Knit Nights are moderated by members.

TKG Knit Nights  are scheduled for 7pm to 8:30pm EST on the following dates in 2024:

November – Donna Hancock

Wellington Fibres Donna Hancock the founder of Wellington Fibres, will be our guest speaker. Donna is on the faculty of the University of Guelph and is the founder and owner of a working farm raising mohair goats. Wellington Fibres also operates a spinning mill which produces exquisite mohair yarns from the farm’s goats.

December – Holiday Social

A fun, informative, and social night. The executive presented answers to questions received regarding the guild, introduced the executive, newsletter committee members and webmaster. Opportunity to meet and mingle with other members at a social in the café.
