DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our online AGM\, open to all 2019-20 and/or 2020-21 members of the Toronto Knitters Guild. \nThis AGM is related to the first year of incorporation which ended January 31\, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic\, Corporations Canada gave us some leeway in scheduling this meeting\, and in our case extended the usual deadline to December 31\, 2020. \nDates & Deadlines\nNominations due – Wednesday\, October 7\, 2020\, 5:00 pm\nSubmission of questions and member proposed modifications to bylaws due – Wednesday\, October 21\, 2020\nVoting packages sent by email to all members – Wednesday\, October 21\, 2020\nAnnual General Meeting and Voting via Zoom – Wednesday\, October 28\, 2020\, 7:30 pm \nQuestions and Member-proposed Revisions to Bylaws \nWhere possible\, we ask that members submit any questions for the Board or any member of the Board no later than Wednesday\, October 21. You will also have the ability to submit questions via Zoom during the meeting. If you\, a member\, would like to propose a modification to the Bylaws\, we ask that also be submitted no later than Wednesday\, October 21\, so we can prepare for voting.  In both cases\, submissions should be made by email to president [at] torontoknittersguild.ca.
