DESCRIPTION:Patrick Madden of Signature Yarns in Toronto will be presenting about the life/work balance of running a small business\, the importance of volunteering and making time for creativity. Patrick will also have an assortment of his hand knitting yarn collections for sale at the meeting. \nPatrick Madden is the owner of Signature Yarns based in Etobicoke\, retailing luxury hand knitting yarns online at www.signatureyarns.com and by appointment at his studio where he teaches both hand and machine knitting classes of all skill levels. Patrick is the former Vice President of the Downtown Knit Collective and currently volunteers as the 2015/16 Executive of Communications for the Toronto Knitters Guild and is the 2015/16 Co-chair of the Burlington Machine Knitting Guild.
